Description

The Digital Microfluidic Electrochemical System (BioDROP) integrates multiple core technologies such as independently developed digital microfluidics and electrochemical detection, realizing a closed-loop process from sample pretreatment to sample detection. The sample pretreatment part can perform complex processes like nucleic acid extraction, amplification, and hybridization through droplet handling, mixing, separation, magnetic control, temperature control, etc. It is also suitable for material development and microbial culture scenarios. Electrochemical technology enables real-time rapid monitoring of target substances or process products. Such as nucleic acid detection, pH monitoring, glucose monitoring, lactic acid detection, etc. The system consists of a detection chip, detection system, and control software. It supports common electrochemical detection methods and simultaneous multi-channel (1-10 channels) detection of multiple target substances.
